Does Netflix offer a good amount of cable channel programming (e.g. National Geographic, History Channel)?

Netflix doesn't actually have channels, they have certain programs and shows but not actual channels. For the eight dollars a month you get access to the shows they have on the instant que, and also you can send away for other programming.
