I m trying to find the nes game but i can t remember the name of the game?

i played the game when i was teen years old for the terminator (console) it was my favorite game i know that is in the game three different characters they have different weapons i know that a man is running after you later in the game in a level. It s a action game platform i think.i know a level like a underground and there are mummies in the level.i remember a level its like a island and sea.the levels can be seen in the demo.but i know thatlevel in china or something and you can go in houses and in that level a man with a hat i m not sure follows you .There are bosses in levels.the characters in the game are 3 i think and you can not choose the characters.The characters are i m not sure a man with a gun and black clothes,and a old women with a sword .when you lost a one character than it comes a pointer of the three characters and you have 2 characters.first level is easy but the level in the china is hard its like a labyrinth and you must find the boss in that level its hard.i tryed to find the game on google but i can t all details of the game remember.Please can someone help me to remember the name of that game i think the name of the game is like a number 3 or so i m not sure.The old women character in the game is like a character in the nes game demon sword and the legend of kage for the nes.
