How do I know if my video card is fried?

Dude thats not a driver issue so i personally think you should go ahead and replace it. Only other thing that it might might be doing is the card is overheating because the fan in it stopped working or is overclocked to much or something. If you let it cool down will the card work again for atleast a couple of second if so that would mean its getting to hot. If that is the case thats another question you would have to figure out why it is getting so hot.
