Was Sean Payton's on-side kick the greatest call in Superbowl history?

After failing to convert the 4th down play on the goal-line Payton came back with a gutsy call to start the 3rd quarter and it worked (so it was Genius) This call changed the entire game and probably won it for the Saints!!
