Its Feb. 14 and i have still not recieved my W2's, should i file without them?

I worked in a total of 3 companys in 2009 (two temp. jobs), and i have not recieved my W2's from two of those companys! I have called and emailed asking for them since January! Should i go ahead and file my taxes with the one W2 i do have? Or what should i do! I wanna make sure im ok legaly!
