Help me if you are a hypnotizer.?

I have taken a cl to be taught self hypnotize . In first step when I was led by type to forget my body ,my hands started to show some weird actions and my feet wanted to go up .My teacher says that I am doing this on purposely or my mind is conditioned from past but I think there is another reason .what is it,please???
