What hair straightener should i get?

I have really thick, long, curly, orange hair. currently i have a CHI but its kinda old and is starting to work a bit worse. i am willing to pay up to 150$ maybe 200$. i would really like a flat iron that works quickly, (right now it takes me like two hours o straighten my hair!) leaves my hair straight and silky, and doesn't damage my hair (although i can get a heat protectant spray, so that is at the bottom of my list.)
