Information about moving to Austria?

Ii am a lebanese citizen, 20 years old, and would like to work in Austria. don't ask me why, I like the country although i didn't go there once. I want to know what is the policy towards foreigner from outside the EU, and if it's possible for me to work and live there. please post helpful information only. thank you very much :)
