Hallucinations- whats going on?

I tried to come up with a legit reason but I have nothing but an educated guess that probably wouldn't help sorry... I am curious as to why this is happening however, so please let me know when you figure it out. All I can say is try not to get too worked up or paranoid over it that'll only make it worse. Just remember that it's all in your head and nothing more. Good luck.
