Help me identify this Bollywood music video?

I saw it on Namaste TV's "Desi Jams" early today, but I missed the title and I'm a new Bollywood fan, so I couldn't identify the actors. What I remember is a troupe of dwarves, another group of people illuminated by green light, a cardboard cut-out of a woman, and a small duel. I think all of the people in the video were men (except the cut-out), and some of the clothes reminded me a bit of American disco. I can't remember much more, but I'd love to learn the song title.
