Is Meganium good for competitive battling?

Yes its a very good dual screener and if you want give it light clay it boosts the turns of reflect and light screen. You could have leed seed on it to so you can somewhat cripple some walls or synthesis for recovery and the last move have maybe energy ball or what you prefer and nice team so far just make sure to have a ground type to cover your two pokes weakness to electric.
