Issues with a Vizio TV?

I have someone using one of my TV's down the shore and the power doesn't seem to be going on through the TV. They have the cord plugged into an outlet, and other electronics function with that socket. The light that is usually illuminated through the "Vizio" sign is not lit at all. It worked four days ago before we left, so I can't think of why it stopped. My only guess would be that one of the cables cames unplugged, but the TV is mounted so it's really hard to check that. I can't physically do anything with the TV, I have to guide the people through this by phone, or else I could probably fix it myself. But if anyone has any ideas as to why this might be occurring I would appreciate if you could let me know. Thanks.
