Problems with GE refrigerators????

Purchased GE refrig,freezer, have had problems since Oct 07 - still under warranty. Runs all the time, sounds like a jackhammer, food thaws. Have had 3 completed service calls, called for a new one, they refused. Would not recommend GE to anyone!!!!
