What agp video card would be the best for my system?

I have a socket A sempron 3000+ 2.0Ghz, FX5500, and 1Gb PC2700 ram. My MOBO is an ASUS A7V8X-LA. I know this AGP setup is super outdated but I want the best card I can get for my system. Im not a computer guy... I mean the bottlenecking of CPU and video card. I dont want to waste my money on a video card that will just heavily bottleneck with my CPU. PLEASE dont ask me to get PCI-e because I dont have the money to get a whole new setup. Also I'm a fan of Nvidia, I hate Radeon cards the fact that its reviews are not pleasing to me. So I want a Nvidia card that will not bottleneck with my CPU... I was looking at the 7800GS card but I heard that even the Athlon3200+ will bottleneck it. I think also the 7600GTs will bottleneck my CPU but idk I'm not a computer enthusiast. FYI I'm not going to play games like FEAR, Oblivion, and all those high graphical games. I'm currently playing CSS, COD2, and planning to play TF2.
