Facing Dismissal over Gross Misconduct!!?

Here is the problem, it seems the only way you get off is by selling out the 3 yr guy. If you manage to save your job that way, you wont have many friends. I say you take the honest approach, which seem to avoid you last time, and take your medicine. If you happen to keep your job, at least you can look your coworkers in the face.
