Help me find my kids, Lost track 10 years now!!?

I am Steven L. Riley 52 years, Looking for my kids after 10 years Steven Jr. Riley 28 and Jessica Ann 30, last in Calif. Any news would help, have not see from 18 years old! Steven has tatoo's, big & works with his hands! the Riley noise is hard to miss! I am in Colombia S.A. So any thing, any one can do!
