How do I deal better with horror movies and gore?

Okay now this works..... laugh! just if you see something thats scary... you can scream but just look for the flaws in the movie and laugh. Im sure you will still get scared but if you laugh and talk during the scary movies.... it won't be as scray. Try it and if that doesn't work, don't go or cry or freak out on someones shoulder!
