Propane oxygen mix powered vehicle?

ok i know this sounds insane and im curious to see the answers i get but what im thinking is a propane powered vehicle with regulated o2 out of an welding oxy tank mixed with the propane before it reaches the engine compartment the reason im curious is that its a simple fact that propane and o2 burn clean \er than gas but propane alone doesnt produce the same btus as gasoline i dont want to run duel fuel gas/propane but i would like to see what people think of this idea and any suggestions on how to do so
